Background
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Tim moved to the Atlanta area in 1999 to pursue a career in the music industry. While writing and performing, he began investing in real estate. That interest grew into a working knowledge of property valuation and eventually into a full-time career as a REALTOR®.
He graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University with a degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing.
Tim lives in Dahlonega with his wife, Natalie, and their three children. He has watched North Georgia grow and change for more than twenty years, and his market knowledge spans the full corridor from Forsyth County to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
How Tim Works
Tim publishes Living in North Georgia, a YouTube channel covering the towns, neighborhoods, and market conditions of the North Georgia mountains. The channel reaches buyers researching a move from out of state, many of whom narrow their search to specific North Georgia towns before ever contacting an agent. Buyers have relocated from Florida and beyond after finding the channel, researching the area through it, and hiring Tim to represent them on the ground.
